Something that I really enjoy is the time I spend in the kitchen, it is a moment for me in which I have fun creating and experimenting with different recipes. I share with you this recipe, prepare this delicious hummus that its always a success, I love it because it is very easy to make and quick to prepare. Hope you like it as much as I do!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
4 lemons
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Himalayan salt
PROCESS
- Add the chickpeas in water with a little salt and start cooking.
- Once they are ready, pour in your @vitamix_mx (do not remove the water).
- Add the juice of the 4 lemons, the garlic clove and start mixing.
- Remove the blender cap to gradually add the olive oil (it can be more than 3 tablespoons if you need it) and salt to taste.
- Once it reaches the desired consistency, serve in a bowl and enjoy with Arabic bread or on celery sticks.
